Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms mean:
- TE Productdevelopment: the company established in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce, operating te-pd.nl
- Customer: any natural person or legal entity who creates an account or purchases a product via te-pd.nl
- Digital product: software, plugins, downloads or other digital files offered through the website
- License: the right to use a digital product in accordance with the conditions described for that product
- Dashboard: the personal customer dashboard on te-pd.nl where you manage your purchases, licenses and downloads
Article 2 – Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via te-pd.nl.
2.2 By making a purchase or creating an account, you accept these terms and conditions.
2.3 TE Productdevelopment reserves the right to modify these terms. The most current version is always available on the website. For already concluded agreements, the terms that applied at the time of conclusion remain in effect.
Article 3 – Offer and formation of agreement
3.1 All offers on te-pd.nl are non-binding and may be changed at any time.
3.2 An agreement is formed when you have placed an order and received a confirmation email from TE Productdevelopment.
3.3 TE Productdevelopment reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information, for example in case of suspected abuse.
Article 4 – Delivery of digital products
4.1 Digital products are made immediately available via the customer dashboard after successful payment.
4.2 You’ll receive a confirmation email with access to the dashboard or a direct download link.
4.3 TE Productdevelopment makes every effort to keep products available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of download links or the dashboard.
4.4 Updates for purchased products are made available via the dashboard. Whether and for how long updates are provided is indicated per product on the product page.
Article 5 – License terms
5.1 When purchasing a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license scope stated for that product (e.g. single-site or multi-site license).
5.2 You are not permitted to:
- resell, rent or otherwise transfer the product to third parties
- decompile, reverse engineer or modify the source code, unless explicitly permitted
- distribute, publish or make the product publicly available to third parties
5.3 Misuse of the license may result in immediate termination of the license and access to the dashboard, without entitlement to a refund.
Article 6 – Prices and payment
6.1 All prices on te-pd.nl are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
6.2 TE Productdevelopment reserves the right to change prices. Orders already placed will be fulfilled at the price that applied at the time of order.
6.3 Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. After successful payment, the agreement becomes final.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and return policy
7.1 The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that are made available immediately after purchase (download or dashboard access), provided that you have explicitly consented to delivery at the time of purchase and have confirmed that you forfeit the right of withdrawal at the time of delivery.

Article 8 – Liability
8.1 TE Productdevelopment is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the delivered products, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits or business damage.
8.2 The liability of TE Productdevelopment is at all times limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8.3 TE Productdevelopment is not responsible for damage caused by incompatibility of a product with your systems or software. You are responsible for checking system requirements before purchase.
Article 9 – Intellectual property
9.1 All intellectual property rights to the products offered belong to TE Productdevelopment or its licensors.
9.2 Purchasing a product only grants you the right to use it in accordance with the license terms, not the transfer of intellectual property rights.
Article 10 – Complaints
10.1 Complaints about products or services can be submitted via info@te-pd.nl.
10.2 TE Productdevelopment aims to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes
11.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
11.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where TE Productdevelopment is established, unless mandatory law designates another court.
